Michael Hersman
Owner, Founder

Michael was pulled toward the financial and insurance industries because of his embedded desire to help others. He’s witnessed firsthand what can happen without proper planning, and finds satisfaction helping clients to not only protect their goals, but assist them in exceeding them, as well as their expectations of him.
Since 2000, Michael has welcomed the opportunity to help clients gain better positioning with their retirement planning. He is thorough in getting to know where each client is, where they want to go, and what they have done so far, so he can identify areas of improvement to get them there more efficiently.
Ultimately, he strives to provide the right strategies to his clients so when the time of need comes, he can step in and deliver what their implemented concepts outlined. Being a fiduciary, it’s imperative Michael works in the best interest of his clients providing them with the information on what options they have that best suit their needs most effectively—and he wouldn’t have it any other way.
He has also aligned himself with some of the best CPA's and attorneys that keep him tuned in to the industry products and changes that could impact his clients in positive ways.
Outside of work, you can find Michael spending time with his friends and family and participating in various sports year-round. He has two amazingly smart and talented sons, the oldest falling within the Autism spectrum, which has enhanced his understanding in the special needs financial planning areas.
Ohio-born and -raised, Michael attended Centerville High School and The Ohio State University. He holds certifications in life, health, disability, annuities, property and casualty insurance.
